Who’s Rewiring
Welcome to the 99-Day Rewire, an experimental journey blending neuroscience, psychological insights, and mindful practices to explore how we can interact with society more intentionally and optimally.
This experiment was born from a personal realisation: after years within structured systems, from corporate environments to societal expectations, I began to see how deeply institutionalised I had become. My thoughts, behaviours, and even my sense of self were intertwined with external frameworks. The 99-Day Rewire is my attempt to unravel this, to understand how much of my life is authentically mine and how much is simply a product of societal conditioning.
But this isn’t about escaping the world or rejecting traditional systems. Instead, it’s a real-time study into how we can rewire our neural pathways, recalibrate our nervous systems, and build cognitive and emotional resilience—all while engaging with society in a way that feels aligned and true.
The experiment is grounded in a blend of evidence-based practices and mindful methodologies, aiming to uncover practical strategies for balancing external demands with internal alignment. It’s about testing the hypothesis that with the right tools, we can maintain clarity, resilience, and balance, even in a world that often feels at odds with our natural rhythms.
This is not just my experiment—it’s a shared exploration. Whether you’re a quiet observer or an active participant, you are part of this inquiry into what it means to live, work, and connect with purpose and presence.
If you’re ready to step into this experiment with curiosity and openness, you’re in the right place. Let’s rewire—not to disconnect from the world, but to reconnect with it in a way that feels authentic, sustainable, and truly alive.

The 99-Day Rewire is a real-time experiment testing whether an autonomy-driven work model can sustain high performance, mental well-being, and financial stability beyond traditional corporate structures. This study examines how intentional cognitive and behavioural shifts—through habit restructuring, nervous system recalibration, and environmental design—can enhance neuroplasticity, resilience, and adaptive intelligence for long-term sustainability outside conventional career paths.
-
Over 99 days, I will track both biological and behavioral markers to measure the impact of cognitive rewiring and habit transformation.
Cognitive & Neural Adaptation: Testing how thought interventions, cognitive exercises, and mindfulness techniques influence neuroplasticity, decision-making, and emotional resilience over time.
Behavioral & Habitual Shifts: Measuring the transition from automatic patterns to intentional behaviors, using structured habit-stacking, cognitive reframing, and daily interventions.
Emotional & Physiological Well-Being: Evaluating the effects of stress regulation, nervous system resets, and biofeedback tracking (HRV, cortisol, sleep metrics, etc.) on overall mental clarity and resilience.
Self-Perception & Identity: Analyzing the shift from external validation (career, productivity, social approval) to intrinsic motivation and authentic self-direction.
-
Routine Reset Trials: Testing different daily structures to identify which routines promote mental clarity and productivity.
Nootropic Trials: Exploring the effects of natural and synthetic nootropics on focus and cognitive performance.
Mindfulness Trials: Implementing breathwork, visualisation, and scripting techniques to observe changes in emotional and mental states.
Diet & Movement Trials: Assessing how nutrition, and exercise influence the brain and body.
Social Dynamics Trials: Analysing how varying levels of social engagement affect cognitive and emotional well-being.
-
Phase 1: Baseline Awareness & Cognitive Mapping (Days 0-14)
Tracking automatic thought patterns, behaviors, and physiological responses.
Identifying stress triggers, work habits, and emotional regulation patterns.
Establishing biological and behavioral metrics for baseline comparison.
Phase 2: Active Rewiring & Habit Disruption (Days 15-45)
Implementing neuroscience-backed strategies for habit and thought transformation.
Testing new cognitive frameworks, routines, and emotional regulation techniques.
Measuring early shifts in resilience, focus, and motivation.
Phase 3: Work, Productivity & Identity (Days 46-65)
Evaluating emotional and cognitive attachment to work identity.
Testing alternative work models, focus techniques, and energy management strategies.
Analyzing decision-making under autonomy vs. structured environments.
Phase 4: Physiological & Nervous System Rewiring (Days 66-85)
Exploring the role of HRV, nervous system regulation, and physical health in cognitive performance.
Testing biofeedback, breathwork, and somatic interventions.
Analyzing how physiological shifts impact cognitive and emotional resilience.
Phase 5: Integration & Future-Proofing (Days 86-99)
Developing long-term mental frameworks for self-regulation and adaptability.
Testing strategies for sustaining behavioural shifts beyond the experiment.
Ensuring neuroplasticity-driven changes are reinforced for long-term impact.
-
Cognitive Adaptation
Measuring neuroplasticity-driven changes through habit formation, cognitive flexibility, and sustained implementation of new routines.
Tracking decision-making shifts (e.g., reduction in autopilot behaviors, increased intentional actions).
Using pre- and post-experiment reflections on mental adaptability.
Emotional Resilience
Assessing ability to maintain psychological balance under uncertainty (e.g., stress response, emotional regulation).
Monitoring HRV (heart rate variability) and nervous system regulation trends.
Tracking mood fluctuations and self-reported emotional resilience scores over time.
Sustained High Performance
Demonstrating consistent focus, productivity, and creative output outside rigid corporate structures.
Measuring work session efficiency, deep work engagement, and output quality.
Comparing perceived energy levels, motivation, and performance trends across different work structures.
Behavioural Shifts
Identifying lasting habit changes in routine, stress management, and work-life balance.
Evaluating self-perception shifts (e.g., reliance on external validation vs. intrinsic motivation).
Analysing habit tracking data to confirm which behaviours persist post-experiment.

Not all experiments yield expected results—and that’s the point. Whether the model proves effective or exposes challenges, I’ll share each step transparently. This isn’t about achieving perfection but about understanding how autonomy-driven work models hold up in real-life scenarios.
